Miss Townsend's Year 11 group are working hard to complete their mock exam project. Take a look at how they are getting on. In this photograph Chelby proudly presents her final piece (in progress) that shows clear reference to the artists William Morris, Georgia O'Keeffe and African Art. We are so pleased for you Chelby because you are working your socks off and showing us what you can really do. Keep up the great work.
Wow. Matt has already built the main form and is about to start the good bit - applying all the surface decoration. All the signs are excellent Matt.
Artist 'Knot' known - but can you work out who it is? A lovely charcoal and chalk study from direct observation. These individuals in your group Miss Townsend are sending a clear message that they are on task, working in a personal way and determined to get things finished off and meet the deadline. As you can see there are some great ideas and technically sound work going on. Not everyone wanted to show their facen though, but everyone was proud of their work. Notice the reference to other artists work.
Every picture tells a story. Here they are looking good, feeling good and living up to expectations.
